Founded in 2001 by Ruth Green, Green Arts Garden Design draws on her years of experience as a landscape designer, artist and horticulturist.  Ruth holds a Masters in Landscape Architecture as well as degrees in Art and History.  She is also a Massachusetts Certified Horticulturist.
